Quick one

This is going to have to be a quick post. I have so much to do to get ready for our Thanksgiving dinner and there is so little time. The Chicka challenge this week is super simple and has to do with Thanksgiving. Make a project or card that has to do with being thankful. Jane and I got together today and we each made our own little book to pass around the Thanksgiving table. Each person that comes to our Thanksgiving meal will get a page from our book and they will write down something they are thankful for. Then we are going to put all the pages together in a book. Jane and I made the covers and the backs today and will decorate the pages once everyone has written down their thoughts. What are you thankful for this year? I want to thank all the ladies that created something special for last weeks challenge, Jennie, Victoria and Tinla. Check out their entries and don't forget to leave a comment here or on there with your creation.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!!!

You and Jane came up with a great idea...I'll be back with a card. Your book looks wonderful; you used my all time favorite DP collection (Carolyn Gavin Greenhouse for K and Co, right?), and what a lovely idea for everyone to write in it. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family, Dawn! Tinla

That is a great idea! I'm going to do the same. Here's my card Dawn, it's my for daughter's swim teacher. My daughter has the best time w/ her in swim class and I'm thankful for all she's done. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1551727?&cat=500&ppuser=178297

Happy Thanksgiving Dawn! A most appropriate theme for this week's challenge. Thanks for the inspiration!
