Doesn't this look good? I am on vacation! Yes! It has been sunny and in the 80's every day and we are all loving it. I am here with my DH and my daughter, Kelly. Can't believe that we are here and there is snow on the ground at home. Don't worry, I did bring some card making supplies and will share a creation with you soon. It is hard to sit and stamp when the weather is so wonderful.
I also wanted to thank Tracy for giving me the sketch artist of the week this week. She has been so kind to me and I am very thankful to have her for a friend. Thank you so much, Tracy! Go visit her blog and give her sketch challenge a try. It is always fun!!!

Blogs who receive the Proximidade Award invest and believe in PROXIMITY - nearness in space, time and relationships. They are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in prizes or self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated!
The rules are to deliver this award to eight bloggers, who then must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award!
It was hard for me to pick only eight bloggers. Please look in on their blogs for lots of great ideas and beautiful cards.

Got to stamp "just for fun" today! Hooray! I haven't had a chance to do that in a long time. I decided to make a card and use Heather's spark, Glenda's challenge and Tracy's sketch challenge all in one card. This is what I came up with. Check out their blogs and give their challenges a try. It is a really fun way to stamp the day away.

Does anyone see Trish in this photo? Nope! I forgot to count students before I took the photo of my class at Endless Creations tonight and I see Trish is missing. Where are you girl? Talking with Beth I bet. Anyway, these are the happy ladies I had at class tonight. They are all super stampers and fun to be with. I am so glad they came. "Hi Ladies"!!! Who are these beautiful women? Left to right they are, Stephanie (my niece), Mary Kay, Marilyn (my Mom), Kathy, Mary Ellen and seated is Paula. Thank you so much for coming ladies and thank you Beth, the owner of Endless Creations, for allowing me to teach at your store.

Guess you can probably tell what I did yesterday, arranged my punches. I had punches all over my craft table and needed to get them put away. My DH made the punch hanger above my shelves for me. He is so handy! Got all my punches arranged the way I want them and am so happy. I pass by my craft table as often as I can so I can see what a great job we did. Does anyone else admire their work after spending the better part of the day getting it done? We have worked on getting something to hang punches on for weeks and yesterday it just came together thanks to a lot of serious thought by my DH. Thanks, honey!!!

Hope you all enjoyed my sneak peeks last week. Now it is time to reveal another one of my cards for my upcoming classes in Schofield/Wausau, and Green Bay, WI. The sentiment was the driving force behind this card. Just love it and the rocket image together. After much thought I decided to use liquid applique for the smoke coming out the back of the rocket. It made a nice soft finish on a fun Valentine card. Please look on the left to see my class times and places and come join me.

It is no secret that my DH loves ice cream. I couldn't wait to make a card with him in mind and use the new ice cream cone stamp from A Muse. When we were first married I bought him a tee shirt with the exact sentiment on this card. It was meant to be... Don't you just love it when a card just comes together? Used the A Muse chiffon blue note card with some really pretty blue striped background paper for this card. Enjoy this last sneak peek and stay tuned for more card making madness to come.

Gumball machine with a heart in the mix, what better way can you say how sweet your child is? Guess I will always think of children when I see this stamp. You know, Valentine's Day is not just for sweethearts. We will be making this card at my new A Musing Valentine classes so sign up and bring home something sweet for your child or anyone else who makes your life better!
My friend Lyndsay sent me a card recently using this layout so I need to give her a shout out for letting me use her layout. Thanks Lyndsay!
Happy Birthday, Dad! He is 81 and still working and driving my Mom nuts!

Day 2 of the sneak peeks is here! This is my take on the love birds. For this card I was thinking about two little love birds sitting in a tree and took out my Trees 1 stamp set. The tree I used just happened to have a tree that fit the two love birds perfectly. These sneak peeks are so much fun! Hop on over to the other A Muse creative team member blogs and see what beautiful cards they have for you. Don't you just love Valentine's Day?

My first sneak peek! It is so exciting to share my first sneak peek with you. The new A Muse Valentine images are heading to a store near you. Did you notice anything besides the stamp that might be new? Check out the other A Muse creative team members blogs for more new images.
I blame Rhonda for this card, yup, her fault, not mine! As soon as the idea for this card entered my mind, I thought, Rhonda would make this card, if she can do it, so can I. Ha ha ha! I just had to bring this card to life for my A Musing Valentine classes at both The Stamp Shoppe and Endless Creations. Class times and places are listed in the left hand column. Come join me and plan on having a lot of laughs.
